The award-winning Scot has found success with the casual bar and dining concept, serving modern British and European cuisine, in London, Singapore and Hong Kong - and now it is set to open in the UAE this autumn.
Bread Street Kitchen at Atlantis will also offer “creative and innovative drinks” from imaginative mixologists.
It is the first Dubai venture from the star behind a flurry of hit UK and American TV shows, such as The F Word and Kitchen Nightmares, since he opened Verre, at the Hilton Dubai Creek in 2001. That closed in 2011.
Serge Zaalof, President and Managing Director of Atlantis, The Palm, is delighted by the news.
“We couldn’t be happier to be partnering with Gordon Ramsay on our latest offering,” he says.
“Bread Street Kitchen will be a fantastic new addition, offering a casual, European dining experience to complement our roster of existing outlets.
Zaalof hints that this might not be the celebrity chef’s only Dubai project, either. "Working with the Gordon Ramsay Group to bring his restaurant to Dubai is only the beginning of an incredible partnership,” he adds.
The outlet will join the 2008-opened resort’s already diverse selection of 23 restaurants and bars, including outposts from Celebrity Chef Nobu and Michelin-starred Chef Giorgio Locatelli, and Ossiano, the mesmerising and multi-award-winning underwater themed restaurant.
