The just opened casual but chic dining restaurant is located on the 15th floor of Emirates Financial Towers, in DIFC.
That means views of the Burj Khalifa and Dubai skyline as you tuck into seafood from waters near and far.
Crab Market is emphasizing its affordable prices and is specialising in Kamchatka Crab, imported directly from Russia.
Perhaps not surprisingly as this is a venture between Bulldozer Group – co-founded by Russian restaurant entrepreneur Alexander Orlov - and the White Rabbit Family.
Crab Market is a new concept from a company with a number of renowned names under its umbrella - Bulldozer Group has become synonymous with successful dining destinations in Dubai including Cipriani, Novikov, Eshak and Scalini.

A diverse menu has been curated by award-winning Chef Vladimir Mukhin, voted 23 in the world’s top 50, and most recently the subject of a one-hour episode of the Netflix series, Chef’s Table.
Under his auspices, the restaurant offers crab in all forms, cooked to customer preferences and served alongside a selection of showcase sauces.
“This is a really exciting concept, and something that has not yet been seen in Dubai,” says Vladimir.
“Developing a diverse seafood menu and focusing on crab has been a real project of passion. We have created a selection of crab dishes, incorporating the best catch into our signature dishes and I am confident that guests will enjoy this unique experience.” says Mukhin.
Taking inspiration from fish markets around the world, the restaurant features an ice market and large tanks of sea water where guests can select their fresh seafood and live crabs.

Involving guests in the selection of their main ingredients, the restaurant also features a special claw crane that dips into a large crab tank.
