IT'S hard not to raise a smile at the title of the new packages available at the Rixos The Palm brunch offering this season.
BRUNCH TIME: A La Turca's outdoor seating area
The resort, which sits at the end of the Eastern Crescent on the Palm Jumeirah, has launched THE BRUNCH at it’s A La Turca restaurant.
And, much like the resort’s ‘Ultimate Getaway Collection’ beach and pool day packages announced earlier this year, some imagination has gone into the package titles.
Describing it as a “new and exciting brunch concept”, the Friday feasting starts with The Driver, which is inclusive of buffet and soft beverages including tea and coffee, and The Passenger – as you might expect, it is the same as the above but with house wines, beers, sparkling wines and spirits thrown in.
I Have A Driver is everything, plus free flowing premium champagne.
Operating from 1pm until 4pm, there’s an option to indulge inside or on the terrace overlooking the Palm and street food is included in the extensive buffet and live cooking station selections.
A live band, entertainment and a special kids area also gives THE BRUNCH a family friendly atmosphere.
And for those who cannot get enough, from 4pm until 2am each Friday, the Biber Lounge offers a lively After Brunch package where revelers can enjoy two beverages for the price of one.

The resort is 45 minutes away from Dubai International Airport and can be accessed via road, by boat and by helicopter at the resort’s private jetty and helipad.
